Overcoming Cynophobia
Struggling with a fear of dogs? You're not alone - and the good news is, there’s a way through it.

My friendly and proven fear of dogs course is designed to help children and adults gradually build confidence around dogs, without pressure or overwhelm. Whether it’s a lifelong fear (also known as Cynophobia) or a recent worry that’s starting to affect daily life, this course gives you the tools (and the time) you need to feel more at ease.

How to Get Over a Fear of Dogs (Without Forcing It)
I don’t believe in “just face your fear.” Instead, I guide you through a calm and supportive process using the Kids Around Dogs (KAD) protocol - developed by child behaviour specialists and dog professionals who get it.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll take small, manageable steps to help you or your child feel safer, more confident, and more in control around dogs.
What’s Included in the Course?
8 Online Sessions
Each week, we cover topics like dog body language, safe behaviour, and confidence-building tasks. You’ll get simple “homework” to help reinforce what you learn, like observing dogs from a distance and waving to them from afar.
2 In-Person Sessions in Surrey
These final sessions take place in person, in a safe space with a calm, friendly dog (my very own dog, Nala). These sessions are carefully planned and only happen when you’re ready, helping you apply everything you’ve learned in a positive, empowering way.
